In 1986 we started our business as a Pride Area Rug Cleaning Company specializing in high-end Wool Rug Cleaning. Over time we saw the niche in cleaning antique oriental rugs and doing repairs on them. In the last 19 years, the oriental rug trade has changed a lot in South Florida, and now more and more rugs are now modern rugs from Tibet and other high producing rug weaving areas.

An issue we see time and time again is when side cords on the rug fall victim to the vacuum cleaner and over time the cotton string on the sides starts to show and once that starts to be exposed, the wool starts coming off. This is why it is vital for the side cord to be re-surged so that the rug does not get damaged.

We relocated our plant in 2005 to its current location not far from I95 so we can continue to provide exceptional service to our clients from the Jupiter area down to South Dade. This has been a beneficial move for us since we have found that because of word of mouth that people from the Florida Keys and even the other coast crossing alligator alley can drop off their rugs here on the way to their cruise.

We continue to be humbled by the far distances people have driven to have us wash their rugs or even do difficult repair work.

Please before you ever hire a company to clean your rugs please go to their rug plant to make sure they are the real thing and not some fly by night company that steam cleans your rug in your driveway which can destroy it where you may have little or no recourse because you may not be able to get a hold of them again.
